Visitors to Laiya Coco Grove Resort are easily monitored and controlled since there is only one entrance and exit point. The National Road bisects the estate which is fenced and all facilities are well set back from the main road.

The resort employs a security force that is sufficient to protect the property including its operational facilities. In addition, a contingent of the Maritime Police is assigned to the area.
