Family and Group Package Rates

(Valid from July 15, 2003 to February 15,2004)

The Package include :

•    Air-conditioned accommodations: Poolside Cottages & Tree House Units 1, 2 & 3 - a total of 14            

                rooms.

•      Welcome drinks.

•    Full board meals : 2 days/1 night (4 main meals - lunch to lunch); 3 days/2 nights (7 mains meals - 

                lunch to lunch)

•    All meals are inclusive of beverages, coffee, tea, soft drink or coconut juice from nuts picked fresh        

                from the surrounding trees. Dinners include a complimentary glass of house wine or beer, as well          

                 as  Palm Liquor for adult guests.

•    Early check-in and late check-out from the Resort.

•    Use of Resort's amenities : swimming pool, trampoline, basketball-cum-tennis court, nature parks and   

                 trails golf driving range. Nominal service charges apply for tennis and golf driving range.

•    Thirty percent (30%) off from published rates for aqua sports equipment and activities.

•    For confirmed 3 days/2 nights, 30-day advance reservations with 50% down payment will be entitled

                 space available room upgrade from Poolside Cottages, Tree Houses Nos. 1,2, & 3 to Tree House           

                Deluxe Units 4,5,6,7,8,9,. OR AT THE RESORT'S OPTION, free sports activities such as:

                 - One-Half day use of ocean kayaks/pedal boats, sailing with aqua guides, and mountain trekking

                        excursion. 

                       - Guided snorkeling

                       - Pony rides for children

(Rates quoted in US dollars are convertible to Phil. Peso at a rate of Php 53 to US$ 1)

• A US $ 10.00 surcharge applies per adult guest for tree house accommodations :

  - For Deluxe Tree House Nos. 4,5,6, & 7-total of 5 rooms.

  - New Deluxe Tree House No. 8 & 9-will be available by Nov. 2003, total of 11    Deluxe Tree House  rooms.

As Laiya Coco Grove is a family oriented resort, rates for accompanying children based on a minimum of 2 adults or twin sharing rates. The third and fourth family members will be charged as follows :

• Fax to (0-632) 891-8621 a copy of the remittance document (i.e., deposit slip) upon receipt of evidence of payment,

          LTDC will fax confirmation of reservation.

• All reservations require 50% down payment. Balance maybe paid in US$ or Php cash at the Resort.

            NO CREDIT CARD facilities available.

• Transportation, guide service and other travel arrangements are not included in the quoted rates. If such services are

             needed, LCG can assist by recommending reliable suppliers.
