The golf facility consists of a 350-yard driving range and a clubhouse with locker rooms for gentlemen and ladies.

Visitors are invited to work on their swing while enjoying the scenic vistas that surround Laiya. A nominal fee applies.

The Clubhouse building is an alternative venue for private meetings and social functions.

A 50,000-cubic meter man-made lake is located at the entry of the property.

The lake’s primary purpose is to impound the substantial volume of water required for golf course construction and maintenance. The lake is stocked with Tilapia, which can be caught with the use of light tackle – a long bamboo pole, hook, line, sinker and float will suffice. Tilapia is excellent eating particularly when grilled.

Nominal fees apply for rental of fishing tackle, kayaks, and pedal boats as well as for the fish caught.
